The trolley type regenerative gas furnace is mainly used for steel bars, and other large structures, large pressure vessels etc.
This gas heat treatment furnace uses natural gas as fuel, and matching used with combustion system, temperature control system and process control system, which can control the combustion condition, record the working temperature and heat treatment furnace automatic/manual operation of various kinds of actions.
The burner system has below features:
1)、Consist of 5 groups(10 pcs) burners and pipe network, and matches by the high reliable control equipment, which formes a complete system
2)、Each burner is directly connected with heat storage bed , alternate work or smoke, average smoke temperature is below than 150ºC , which can maximum limit combustion heat within the furnace.
3)、Because of the furnace flue gas composition, the system adopts the cellular body as regenerative heat carrier, in order to gain greater efficiency.
4)、Burner alternately switching action is determined by the PLC system.
