Tianli electric resistance heating furnace is a heat-treatment equipment with enclosed insulated chamber. It converts electric energy into heat via resistance heating elements. Free of combustion exhaust, it delivers clean operation and high-precision temperature control, making it widely adopted for precision heat-treatment processes.
With Tianli’s manufacturing expertise since 2003 and more than 200 national patents, steel structure, refractory lining, heating elements, hot-air circulation system and full electrical control system are independently engineered and produced. Our furnaces serve military, aerospace, nuclear power, pressure-vessel, boiler and hoisting-machinery sectors. Units can work standalone or form automatic production lines. Premium resistance heating elements provide heat without combustion by-products for clean workshop environment. Multi-zone closed-loop PID temperature control offers fast response and high precision, accurately executing full heating-soaking-cooling curves for components requiring strict thermal conditions.
Available in bogie-hearth, box-type and other configurations. Bogie-type model adopts motor-driven rail trolley. Heavy workpieces are loaded outside the furnace, and the trolley moves in and out automatically for easy material handling, ideal for large-size, heavy-weight castings and forgings. Modular design enables easy installation, transportation and relocation.
Multi-ayer composite refractory and insulation lining minimize heat loss and heat storage. Optimized hot-air circulation ensures uniform temperature field inside chamber, securing consistent batch heat-treatment quality while lowering energy consumption.
Complete in-house electrical control system with key industrial-grade components from Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Delta and Yudian(Xiamen). - HMI touch-screen operation; multiple stored recipes for annealing, normalizing, tempering and aging. One-click automatic full-process execution. - Full safety interlocks: overtemperature protection, thermocouple break alarm, furnace-door & trolley limit switches, overload protection and emergency-stop circuit. - Automatic logging of temperature curves, runtime data and fault records. Data export function meets traceability standards for military and nuclear-industry projects. - Supports multi-furnace networking with upper-computer monitoring for centralized plant management.
Furnace dimension, charge capacity and working temperature can be customized according to workpiece specification and plant layout. Supported by long-term cooperation with research institutes and universities, Tianli provides professional process guidance for special materials.
