Tianli rapid quenching heat-treatment furnace is a fully-automatic complete industrial heat-treatment system. Equipped with a motorized charging manipulator (fork-type transfer machine), it rapidly transfers workpieces from the high-temperature heating chamber directly into the quenching tank. It greatly shortens the transfer interval, avoids undesired microstructure transformation during air exposure, and achieves ideal hardness and uniform material properties for workpieces. It is key equipment for high-end component quenching processes.
Drawing on Tianli’s experience since 2003 and more than 200 national patents, the complete set including furnace body, transfer mechanism and electrical control system is independently engineered and manufactured in-house. It serves military, aerospace, heavy-equipment and pressure-vessel industries. Available as standalone unit or multi-furnace continuous production line. Tianli supplies full-package solutions to overseas markets including Russia, UAE (Dubai), Thailand, Vietnam and Oman.
The whole transfer cycle from furnace chamber to quenching tank can be finished within 60 seconds. Short transfer time prevents undesirable metallurgical transformation in open air, minimizing defects such as insufficient hardness and uneven microstructure to guarantee quenching quality.
Supports multiple heat-treatment processes: quenching, tempering, annealing and normalizing. One unit handles different procedures to reduce capital investment and enables flexible production for mixed-variety workpieces. Corresponding process curves can be edited and stored according to material, dimension and technical requirements.
The heating chamber achieves tight temperature tolerance of ±10℃. Multi-zone PID control plus multi-direction circulating air system deliver stable and even temperature field inside the furnace. Batch-to-batch property dispersion is well-controlled to meet strict consistency requirements for high-precision components.
Custom-built Tianli PLC centralized electrical control system automates heating, furnace-door movement, transfer machine travel & lifting, quench-tank linkage and full-range safety interlocks.
