Application:
Pig iron casting cathode carbon block heating furnace consists of three separate heating chambers, these three heating chambers can operate together, also can separate operate; continuous structure adapts to the continuous production.
Its main purpose is to uniformly heat the cathode carbon block up to temperature that is suitable for triiron phosphide casting, without increasing the normal resistivity between cathode and carbon block. This kind of furnace can be used for other workpieces also.
The fuel of this furnace is natural gas; combustion system, temperature control system and process control system, can automatically control and record the combustion conditions.
Six cathode carbon blocks can be loaded each time into the furnace, six trolleys are used alternately, each trolley can load two carbon blocks, which facilitates to casting from side or multiple perspectives, to achieve good quality and maximize production capacity.
