In May 2018, one regenerative gas furnace with 10x2.6x2.2m is installed and debugged smoothly, this furnace belongs to batch furnace, which is mainly used for heating metal forging parts artifacts and other workpieces.
The use of regenerative burner greatly reduces the fuel consumption of furnace. For general large heating furnace, the energy saving is 25% ~ 30%. For heat treatment furnace, the energy saving is 30% ~ 65%. Regenerative combustion can also increase the radiation intensity of flame, enhance radiation heat transfer, and increase the furnace output.
This type of batch furnace mainly composed of furnace body, furnace lining, furnace door and the furnace door opening device, sealing device, trolley, combustion system, gas pipeline, air pipeline, exhaust pipeline, sealing device and electrical and automation system and components.
